Sabine Hartmann was admitted to the bar at the beginning of 2016 and successfully completed the course to become a certified specialist for labour law in 2015.

She studied law at the Christian-Albrechts-University in Kiel, Germany with a focus on civil law and civil procedure and insolvency law. Before starting her studies, Sabine Hartmann successfully completed her training as a legal assistant at Hanselaw Hammerstein & Partner.

Sabine Hartmann has been with WOLTERS Rechtsanwälte since February 2016. She advises and represents employers and employees in all questions of labour law out of court and before all labour courts. This often involves drafting and reviewing employment contracts as well as issues relating to protection against dismissal, time limits and parental leave.

Sabine Hartmann has also undergone further training in data protection law and clarifies issues relating to the implementation of the GDPR. She conducts in-house training courses for our clients with regard to the data protection law.

Sabine Hartmann is also active in the areas of commercial and company law, drafting contracts and general civil law. In claims management, she helps our clients to realize their claims and also represents them in complex issues of enforcement law.
